OneTracker - Package Tracker

Used to kind of work, now most couriers don’t show anything. Obviously they have abandoned the app as it hasn’t been updated in years and of court courier sites change. DON’T DOWNLOAD

The app is design to be great. However most tracking doesnt work. It’s not pulling data. The email feed doesnt name the tracking as per subject line so you have to manually rename it. The other issue is that common shipment like Canada Post / Puro / Fedex it doesnt ID it under the correct shipping company. No one will ever get back to you when you email them. Its a shame because the app has so much potential but it just doesnt seem like they care.

I normally don’t post any reviews but after reading some of the negative reviews I feel that I am morally obligated to speak the truth. I’ve been looking for an app to track many parcels before and this was the only one that does exactly what it is intended to do (unlike others that have a ton of ads, try to promote products, and sell user data). This app is free, clean, fast, and efficient, and it even has a WEB INTERFACE!! (Which other apps charge an arm or leg for). I love using this app as it helps me stay on top of parcels. It could be even better if there was a way to further organizer/filter parcels so that the delivered parcels could be toggled to be hidden to make the interface even cleaner and easier to find. And also if there was a way to reorganize the trackings based on alphabetical or some sort. To the developer: Please disregard those spoiled uneducated negative reviews and continue to do the great work that you do!!

I tried many trackers and this is the best I could find so far. Has been working with all my packages, with very fast notifications whenever the package status changes. Good job!

Great service

This app was quite good for a while, but now it seems to be abandoned by the developer. Anyone home? I regularly have 350+ active tracked packages. Quite often I do a carrier request for a courier with an open (no login, no captcha) tracking site. One that is captured by the other tracking apps. But over a month later, no response. Over and over and over. No response to support emails, Google Forms Carrier Requests or Twitter messages. Also, several of the carriers aren't set up to pull info from the correct source. No data while on OneTracker but checking the carrier site directly yields results. Is this app just one guy with much more important things to do?? I would like a responsive dialogue channel, please!

Great just wish it was faster

This app is wicked! Very accurate even more so then Canada post/puralator/UPS!! Recommend everyone download it if you send or receive a lot of packages :)

I’ve tried Parcel, aftership, shop and Track17 before finally finding this gem! When tracking the same package, this app is consistently the first to receive push notification updates. On several occasions when tracking an item by Canada Post, this app received a “delivered” notification 2-5 minutes BEFORE the Canada Post app! And this app is Free!!! No pushy subscriptions etc. Just a few ads here and there. Thank you devs for your hard work and this quality app. I really appreciate it. I do have some small QoL suggestions but probably nothing you haven’t already considered. A much deserved 5 star.

Simple UI with relevant notifications. [And now with a web version for desktop!] The only thing missing would be support for the Apple Watch. I’ve tried many tracking apps and this is the one that gets the fastest notifications. They have now added ads to support the development of the app, but I don’t care. If people are complaining in the reviews about them, they can just remove the ads with an in-app purchase.
