Worst service ever. You can see proof of it in comments with complaints in their telegram channel. They haven't been able to give me my money back for a month now!

Why are you asking for my passport information? You are not a gov entity

Amazing App and great support!

Terrible service. The app doesn’t refresh with the latest information and status. They have also lost 2 of my packages in the last 3 months and fail to take any accountability even though FedEx confirmed delivery. Bad service. Use one of their more reliable competitors.

Poor performance, easy reproducible crashes. Most of the time your internet speed is not important, application will work very slow anyway.

I’d like to leave my review on 2 key factors: 1. Delivery: they delivered everything in a timely manner, in great condition, with no damage to our fragile products in our boxes. Tracking worked wonderfully in the process. 2. Customer Service: it was exceptional - with same day answers and great communication in several languages! from now on, I will only use Onex! Great company to work with!

Would be great if there is an English option.

The app is pretty cool and flexible. Definitely recommend it.
