i’ve called the payactiv support and i don’t really know if it’s their issue or this app. i’m suppose to have access to daily pay through this app but it’s not working at all. Before today i would have to delete the app and reinstall just to access my funds. this app hasn’t been updated in over a YEAR!! there’s probably so many bugs. please do better onshift, this is ridiculous

Does not update available balance well

very frustrating to get into the app it won't let me login i have the password and username from my employer and it won't let me in.

Since the update on 11/11/2024 I’m unable to access my daily pay or see hours that I have worked.

I can never connect to the wallet or transfer. It never shows my balance. It never works when I need it to.

I already have nerves breakdowns and anxiety issues this app really gets me worked up and I can not take this I will sue this company for the damages it causes to my sanity

Easy to get in trouble from your boss with this app. Screenshots recommended. Shifts don’t show up half the time when you are assigned one so to your boss it looks like a no call no show. On your end you don’t see the shift. Definitely screenshot to save yourself.

The App is the not the greatest of daily pays that you can receive. Most are rude foreigners the are livid for having a jacked up System that forces them to communicate and actually work. Everyone favorite statement is, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 24hrs later im still having the same problem.

I can’t get into my wallet. It’s like the app keep crashing. You guys really need to update this app this is horrible!
