OnSong 2024

Я заплатил 5000 за приложение. БОльшая и нужная Часть функций по подписке. НУОК такая политика, ребята стараются , это стоит денег. НЕТ — приложение очень лагает на новом айпаде 2021 года. Лагает все. И метроном и перелистывание страниц и тд. Либо делайте дешевле, либо работайте и исправляйте. Пользуюсь больше 2х лет. Все больше нет смысла пользоваться, всем советую аналоги.

Too Buggy. Does not work properly with chordpro. Not work consistently with Mac

Keeps crashing. I also preferred the old way when key changes were a separate menu and quicker access while taking up the screen less

The app is certainly full-featured, and genuinely a swiss army knife. While this can make some features hard to find, it's an OK trade-off for the power and flexibility. But ... OnSong 2024 hangs when the all-important Slider icon (2nd from right on the menu bar) is clicked, even after updating to 2024.2 on MacOS Sonoma 14.5. This was raised weeks ago with support: no reply. No matter how amazing the software, bugs of this magnitude, coupled with zero support, make it basically impossible to use this software. I would give it 1 star except that I can see the other features look pretty good, so I'm bumping it up to 2 stars.

The update breaks parts of the original formatting profile from the last version, but not others - meaning: keeping things the way they were doesn't work without EXTENSIVE repair, and converting to the new "r2" formatting profile ALSO doesn't work without extensive repair. HTML colour formatting is an example. The old formatting seems to work in some parts of the original formatting profile (like section headings), but not in others (like in comments in the metadata at the start of a song {c: ∙ = ♩}). The metadata itself seems to only show title and artist, so any data you place there such as performance instructions, will disappear with the "r2" profile. Also, if you're like me and put symbols in the chord sections to mark time, they all turn into ascii code or disappear altogether. At the moment I can simply opt to remain in the older formatting profile, but for how long? At some point I'll be forced to migrate to the new "r2" formatting profile and then I'll lose all my hard work. What a mess. What nonsense. I knew this would happen and so I waited til i had no choice. And here I sit trying to figure out how I'm going to proceed. 855 songs to update. Again.

On Song is a fantastic tool to work with. It is not a on/off application. You need to work with it and be patient. It as great potential. Give yourself time, explore and experiment with.

OnSong does some things well and we appreciate those things. There are some very frustrating things also in OnSong. We have continuous trouble with notes bleeding from one song to another. We also have trouble with notes disappearing as soon as you change from one song to another and then go back ………….. poof ………. All the notes are erased. I have contacted OnSong a few times for this issue. They are quick to get back for service, but the problem continues and is very frustrating at times. The highlighting is unstable too. Sometimes it disappears randomly. Other song, the notes and highlighting stays for years without problems.

I have had this App for many years and it has suddenly wiped out all the content without touching anything, it was not just the old version either, it happened again on the new version.

So I be been using on song for over 6 months..recently I tried moving my set lists to library..can t do it.. tonight all my set list are gone.. did you break into my I pad and STEAL them.. did you want to come into my house andSTEAL my other music on paper.. our team has talked about DROPPING on song…let’s see if you can return my set lists..you guys are creating a BAD reputation… your call.. let’s see you fix it
