Honestly loved being able to store my house documents in one place! Just bought a house and had inspection reports, radon testing, appliance warranties, survey, etc. sitting in my email and was able to move them into OnTheBlock - thanks!
I recently became a first time homeowner and i'm so happy to have found OntheBlock's app to help keep me organized. Between new documents that are to come, and vague sheets handed over from the seller, it's so convenient to keep them in one location under carefully labeled folders (any future buyer will definitely thank me!). Additionally, in being a first time homeowner, there is so much to learn about maintenance and cleaning! The maintenance recs AND details on exactly what to do is so perfect!
I live in an owner occupied property and have found this app to be great for organizing all of my documentation - lease, notices, expenses, etc that prove to be useful as a tenant. Even better, I love that I can use it as a homeowner to remind me of various maintenance tasks that need to be completed throughout a home owners life! Love it.
