Recent trip to Singapore
I am writing a review on this team to ensure nobody else faces the issues faced by us. There was an app which had zero clarity of information,the driver had no information of what he had to do until the last moment and any delay by the previous driver was not informed to the following driver and 2 of our trips were ruined due to the lack of coordination and communication amongst them.We lost money for the trips and did not have fun either,spent the whole trip trying to explain to multiple people that kept calling us for the same issue and futile in the end.We were at a loss of money,satisfaction and memories due to the lack of communication amongst the staff and coordination with us. Especially Ms.Rosalyn was a very rude woman who was just loud at us on the call and not actually wanting to sort out things.Not friendly at all. Was a very poor and pathetic experience with them and would not recommend to anyone if they’d want to have a peaceful vacation amidst the already chaotic daily life.
