Yes it’s expensive, but the brand is so reliable that after you add the risk cost of a cheaper substitute you may as well buy what works. We have all bought things over the years that were the cheaper option and sometimes we were lucky to get a good deal. This was not the time for me to cheap out and then possibly regret the decision. I certainly don’t regret Ooni and the help that the App makes is to be expected from a brand leader.

The dough calculator alone is sooo good!!! Love this! Eliminates so much trial and error and guess work! Recipes work really well! Love it!
