the most disgusting operator that I got without communication for a month. everything technical support can send to their offices. but I don’t have such opportunities, I’m too far away

Checked my phone number with *777# did successfuly logged in to the app, and got all needed information with option to fill up a balance.

Bought two eSIMs, neither works (shows no service), support does nothing, neither returning the money, nor helping me

These thieves steal money from your account. Stay away!

Very buggy. Cannot pay bills through the app. Package details don’t update correctly data, minutes etc

Cannot use without internet package as internet service provider it should be given as free app.

If doesnt update the cant even use the app what’s this some people dont have that much and every body is not a millionaire to get the latest phones and things ooredoo has to think about it

I used a vpn on my phone and later came to find out that the app isn’t working at all even after the VPN server was turned off. This is quite inconvenient.

Spotted alot of bugs..after recharge, it doesn’t show that it has balance on the phone number..

Why is this app so high maintenance? Like I literally have to update it every week?
