trief 3 different cards visa and matercard, none was found and admitted 😩

Ich war 3 Wochen in Sydney und habe in 4 verschiedenen Stadtteilen gewohnt. Zwei Vorteile: 1. Kostenlos 2. Zeigt an wenn man aussteigen muss. Für mich ist diese App eine schlechte Wander-App mit der Möglichkeit auch mal ein öffentliches Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen. In den meisten Fällen wurde mir empfohlen zu Fuß zu gehen. Bei einem Hotel hatte ich direkt vor der Tür eine Bushaltestelle. Habe diese nie genutzt, da sie nie angeboten wurde. Dafür müsste ich 15 Minuten bis zur nächsten Trainstation laufen.

For the past 2 months every second search gives me a “server error” message - please fix this!!

For quite some time the app doesn’t show any results for the green ferry to/ from Manly (only shows results for Fast Ferry). Tried to report this in-app but that function also doesn’t work. Please fix this asap!!

It’s a good app. It shows you how much money you have left, you can type in the destination and it shows you the journey. However if I want to top up I have to put in my card details every time. Can this not be saved somehow?

Doesn't say time anymore, so it's useless.

It claims that this app does not run on jailbroken devices for "security reasons". That's very annoying, because my device is not jailbroken. I hope that they remove this because it obviously does not function properly and therefore I cannot use this app.

Having these tiny updates means that my perfectly good iPhone 7 doesn’t allow me to install the new iOS and therefore I cannot update the Opal software which means that I can’t program my opal card into the app. All to get me to buy a new phone really, this happens with a lot of apps but when you forget your wallet, you have only your phone on you which means that I can’t pay the bus fare with a Visa card because it’s in my wallet, and I can’t use my opal card because it’s in my wallet. Another gripe I have is that I can’t use my Opal card to pay for someone who is travelling with me. There’s been several occasions where I’ve had a companion who I’d like to pay for and can’t. Great if you are taking someone out on a date and want to catch the train some place together, “Sorry babe, you gotta pay for the trip yourself.” And the bus drivers no longer accept money, after all, it is legal tender.

This is a great app but when I try to add a saved trip in widgets it doesn’t work

Unusable app. Can’t use trip planner as it crashes as soon as you enter a destination.
