Doesn’t track my games/scores
My daughter and I downloaded this app 2-3 weeks ago to keep track of our practice and league scores. We have yet had our scores downloaded. What a waste of time.

Dud
First time I logged in and connected with a lane, my name showed a star on the board as though it had connected to the app, but none of my scores saved. Since then, it hasn’t connected any other that I’ve tried to link it.
Affordable
It is well worth the money to have a membership in the open lanes.

I can never get this app to log my scores
Having trouble?
I installed this app awhile back and the first time I used it, it uploaded my game data as advertised. However, I haven’t been able to get the app to pull my games since. Not once. I connect to the panel with a code, it shows I’m connected, and I even click Edit to choose my name from the board. I stay connected the whole time, but it never pulls my games. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Could most certainly be something I’m doing.
Good win it works
Since June 9 this app has been broken. I can connect but it does not save scores. I tried reloading the app and I sent a trouble email to the app it self. As of today it still do not save scores. The points I earned seem to not be affiliated with StarsnStripes bowling centers. Hopefully they fix the bugs soon!!!
Stopped working, nonexistent support?
So I've been using the app for a while to keep track of my scores, and everything seemed to be fine but recently it stopped saving my scores after I was done bowling. I can connect to the bowling lane kiosk just fine, but it no longer saves my scores for reviewafter I leave the game and go home. I tried to get Support on the website, but Brunswick only has support for their bowling equipment, apparently no option for Support for the app. At least not at the link provided on the App Store app page support link.

Difficult to get scores to save
Seems like I have to keep going into the app and saying which bowler is me for the scores to actually save, even though the crown is on the lane for me the entire time indicating I’ve claimed it. Also, I never get emails with my scores like it says I should.
