Why is this app redirecting you to the website when trying to sign in???
Once I placed my order number in the app it just stopped working even after a restart of both the device and app
I am on 100mbps/50mbps but I can’t even open TikTok comments😤
Between and Open Serve we are now on day 27 of a reallocation request. Open Serve ONT is already installed in the new premises but between the two service providers there is absolutely no progress albeit advice was that no installer necessary just a simple activation. This was the information received from Mweb, not sure who is telling the truth, but this has now costed us more money by loading data cause someone is not doing their job!
Tried a couple of times to open the app and after 5min still did not open. Delete app and reinstalled and still not working
There is a bug in the app that does not allow me to finish my registration - very frustrating
Unbelievable slow app. Nothing seems to work well.
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with any company. It is impossible to get hold of any one…we were suppose to be connect 3 days ago. The app doesn’t work, creating an account doesn’t work! So frustrated!!!!! Canceling and moving to different service provider.
The tracking information only gives the date the order received and does not show a date for each step, so deliberately vague. Technician did visit however Telkom’s two manholes available were apparently too far away and across a tar road in a complex so no installation took place. The “planning dept” will contact you I was told. 4 days later still waiting and the tracking info conveniently says “working on it” with no indication how long this will take or whether openserve can actually install and fulfill their order. No way of contacting openserve to ask, must do it via ISP therefore delaying installation information even further.
