First, great app. Looks good, works well. Really helps to deal with the fragmented social networks from the fall of that other platform. Nice to be able to post the same thing on multiple platforms, or pick and choose. One thing I’d love is the ability to sync authentication between devices. Since this supports iOS/iPad/Mac

This is the first app in a long time to change how I use social media. I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve become really frustrated that I have groups of friends and people I follow on a variety of different platforms. I was enjoying social media less and less (if that’s even possible) because I was switching between apps. And forget it if I wanted to post something, with different character limits on different services it was getting frustrating. Openvibe changes all that. See your Mastodon, Bluesky, Threads, and Nostr feeds in one unified timeline. Crosspost to all services at once with service-specific character limit warnings. Indicate username tags by service. With everything this app already does and its incredible promise I imagine it will cost money at some point, so I’d get in on it now.

This app is great and well polished, but lacks many of the features you see in other fedi, etc. clients these days.

I had high hopes but when I try to connect to threads it just gets hung up on the captcha and spins forever. Hopefully it gets fixed. Really want to give 5 stars once it’s fixed. Update: The Threads issue appears to be fixed and is working for me.

The scrolling deceleration rate feels off. I don’t think it’s a completely native app because of that. Also, it works be nice to be able to turn off re-posts; something Twitter supported.

I found this and it sounded just like the perfect tool for taming the social media mess today. A couple of things I would like to see is being able to tap the top of the screen to instantly jump to the top of the list and if I pull to refresh, stay at my current position in the list, don’t jump to the most recent post. A major “That would be amazing” feature would be the ability to sync where I am in the timeline across iPhone, iPad and macOS, like Tapbots does.

I really like this app and what they’re attempting to accomplish, so I will keep using it at minimum for cross-posting to Threads and Bluesky. That said: - Cannot see Threads timeline, yet. This is apparently a Threads issue and will hopefully be sorted. Once it is: Five stars. - Saving the timeline position would be great, too. I see a number of users asking for this, so fingers crossed for future enhancement. - Bluesky timeline only seems to go back about five hours. I’d like my full timeline in order to make this app my Bluesky replacement.

I was looking for an app that worked well with blue sky on the iPad and for me this was it. I really like how it shows the feeds and uses the full screen, but in landscape mode keeps things centered. It’s a really nice compromise and makes for pleasant surfing.

I really like this app and it’s my goto app for bluesky/mastodon. It was a little unintuitive to set up (pick your server/domain, rather than type it all out, it seems), but once set up it’s really convenient to have everything in one view. For odd reasons the normal apple shortcut of tapping the top of the screen doesn’t scroll to the most recent posts, but so be it (neither does the bluesky app, but at least it has a dedicated up-arrow)- it’s actually surprisingly annoying, but maybe I haven’t found the official way. Killing the app and restarting?
