Violet, a Columbia University Trained Nutritionist, and Indhira, a Holistic Health Coach, have combined their expertise over the past 10 years working with private clients at their centers, My Wellness Solutions, to bring you this app.
We created Operation Cleanse to deal with our own health issues. Indhira was overweight, unhappy and always trying a new diet. The result? The weight always came back. Violet struggled with issues like psoriasis, allergies, chronic yeast infections, and a severely compromised immune system.
It took us years to understand that our symptoms were not the problem – they were simply signs from our bodies letting us know it was time for a fresh start. Like you, we overloaded our bodies with toxic eating, toxic drinking, and even toxic thoughts. Operation Cleanse became the solution that allowed our bodies to finally heal itself. The app is also available in English and Spanish. That includes the videos and downloads. You can also search by ingredient and tag your favorite recipes and education videos for easy access later.
