Opportunity Bank of MT Mobile

I do not like that I get so many over drafts. I have been hacked a few times and sometimes I have unexpected withdrawals. I am on disability and it has been very hard for me to keep money in my account and survive on that?

I’m a gamer. I buy games and sim racing accessories from companies outside of America. Every transaction is blocked and flagged as high risk. It becomes frustrating and makes me want to remove all my money from this bank and find a new one. Solutions I see fit would be to allow me to approve transactions from the app. Or notice my spending habits with these companies and do a one time verification with said company. I’m not calling the bank every time I want to spend money online.

I love the online banking app. It’s accurate, updates immediately and is easy to navigate!

I went to the banks ATM to deposit cash into my savings account. Transaction was denied. So had to put it in my checking account! Never had a bank that didn’t want you to save. Very disappointing!

Still can’t transfer money into an external account or deposit checks from the mobile app.

Theres no recurring transfer.
