No refunds, awful people to work with, donate to charity instead
This is literally the worst company we’ve ever worked with. They promised the world, delivered none of it, and they said that it wasn’t their fault that their salesperson misrepresented what the platform is used for. We simply asked for a refund after just a few days, they said no and said we have to keep trying it. However, when we do that (because we might as well), they won’t allow our posts or replies to go live. Spoke to the CEO who stood behind their arrogant policy of absolutely no refunds and won’t let us post using our account. We should have spent that money on our staff and fun perks for them which would have felt great. Even lighting cash on fire would have been more fun.
