Use to get rewards based on steps and now it’s a raffle and bid to win prizes, waste of an app. I don’t think people actually win anything in the raffle bids

Can’t add phone number
I can’t add my phone number to redeem my points. I contacted customer support 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been solved.

Unreliable app and support
The app and support are unreliable. I have a newer iphone and have it set to sync with Apple Health. A few times now Optimity refused to sync and credited me 0 steps for the day. I messaged support who gave me a canned response saying to sync with Apple Health, which I already tried. No further response from them. So i lost the challenge and points, plus wasted time asking support for help. Adding insult to injury, I’ve used the app for several years, doing a weekly challenge with a family member. I think i have enough points for $5…
Inflation
The number of gems required to redeem for a $5 gift card continues to rise daily, and at a rate faster than most can earn gems, making rewards unattainable for most. Currently requires over 83,000 gems for a $5 reward; this amount will be at over 100,000 gems in no time at this rate of inflation. Very disappointing, I used to enjoy this app.

Little Chance for Reward
Reward format to gain five dollar gift card was changed about a year ago and amount to win a bid increases daily. Was about 27000 gems a year ago and now almost 80000 to receive $5. Seems that winning bids are increasing faster than a person's ability to earn gems on the app so becoming a waste of time watching the required ads to gain gem points that are becoming less worthwhile every day. One winning bids hit 80,000I am quitting.....not fun anymore. Avoid this app which was once a good motivator to walk those extra steps but now a frustrating waste of time !
Not worth the download
I’ve tried this app, several times. Thought I’d give it another chance, with a current update. It should be fun. It’s not. It’s also not easy; the UI is cluttered, difficult to navigate. And now there are full screen sponsor ads you have to watch up to a full minute each. It’s not for me.
Not comfortable with all the personal information
This app asks for a ton of personal information including income and health, etc: don’t feel very comfortable sharing that. Also so far they have my Fitbit steps totally inaccurate. Will probably just delete it
