App is bad
Keeps telling me password is wrong, when I click on the forgot password and write my email no email is sent, and if i get the account password recovery email it reach my inbox days later!.. this happen to me each month

Pretty useless
The app is clunky and useless imo. You can’t use it to reserve anything or access the gym. It’s just an app for the sake of having an app. A bit disappointed as we expect more from Optimo.
App doesn’t work
Each time I try to login I get this message: Error The login details you provided are incorrect. Although I can login without problems from the website.
It does not work
The app does not work for me and i asked the company twice and i did not get the answer yet
