When I try to record from the phone, it does not seem to record the show? We wish we could watch a recorded show from our phone or tablet.

For the life of me, I can’t understand why optimum chooses not to enable picture in picture so that I can watch TV on my phone while also scrolling another app. Literally every other streaming platform allows this. Optimum what is your problem? For what we pay you every month this should be the best streaming app on the planet.

Can’t program my shows it says error

- Optimum splash screen pops up constantly when looking thru the channel guide at episode descriptions, etc. - It would be great if it were more obvious when an episode is NEW or a REPEAT. Can REPEAT be added to the main guide entry for each show just like NEW? Also add the original broadcast date as Infinity does to the description?

As of yesterday I can no longer watch any Optimum channels through the app on all of my devices. It says I am not connected to my home network, but I haven’t made any changes to passwords, ID, or my router. I do not and will not use Optimums routers. I am communicating through X (Twitter) and all I get with each question is more questions. Not that they’ll look into the app, or service in the area.

Too expensive! As a retired, senior citizen, I feel your fees exorbitant.

Do not opt for this feature, you can’t watch any recordings from your phone or tablet , you can watch live tv no problem but the recording doesn’t work i spent an entire day yesterday trying to resolve it but nobody is properly informed at Optimum , false advertising!!
