Best savings and investment platform
Optimus by Afrinvest is the best savings and investment platform anyone could every imagine. With seem less means of withdrawal
Difficulty withdrawing
Twice I've faced this issue of inability to withdraw my funds. I have to resort to writing emails that take almost a week to resolve. Face detection also doesn't work, requiring you to only use pin each time which can be dangerous if you're in an unsafe space. This app has prospects but I'm just tempted to close my account and port to anothet provider. Their Afrinvest Naira one works perfectly but you see this Optimus?nah

The app isn’t opening on my iPhone 5s even though my iOS is 12.5.7 while it’s supposed to work on an iOS 12.0.0.

This version is unavailable, so I can’t access it till I update the app? Something that my money is inside? Is it even now and then I’ll be updating app? Mtchewwww… let the time reach let me remove my money abeg . Mtchewwwwwwwwwww
Face camera not opening
Hi there! Good evening. I have a problem with the face scan camera. I have submitted all the requirements the app is asking for except that the face camera is not working. Please I need help on what to do .
Took my money
I put money in it and now I can’t withdraw it What sort of rubbish is that😡
No flexibility
Why would I be unable to update my profile picture? Other uploaded documents cannot be changed, as well. I made a name change on my BVN and also have new government issued ID by virtue of marriage, but I cannot update the BVN and previous ID that was submitted on the app.
