This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.
When used with Oracle Field Service Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.
Note: Oracle Field Service Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.

Dear developers! When I go into a task, menu items “Service history” and “Pending Tasks” don’t work. Instead of showing corresponding information, some strings and tags appear there. Please, fix the issue.

Dear developers! The app doesn’t work on iOS13.1 iPhone 6s. Infinite loading with rotating indicator. Please, check this issue. Thank you so much! Maybe it’s connected with new fonts processing in iOS 13.1, because on the initial screen in the bottom there are something like {year copyright} , instead of real value. It looks like it cannot show titles and strings normally.

Won't load accounts

Worked great for a week now accounts won't load to check history or place on test

Sygic GPS link doesn’t work

Sygic GPS link doesn’t work on iPhone but it works fine on Android. Please fix this as copy and pasting addresses from work orders is more of a hassle than it needs to be.

Less than one star.

It could be my iPhone, but it sounds like there’s an issue with this app. I’ve had to delete this app once to three times a day and reload it just to close out a task. I’ll check in to a site and it just goes blank. The only “fix” is delete and reload. I don’t have enough time in my day to keep doing this. After 26 years in my job this app makes me want to quit.

I can’t even get passed Enviroment Name unless I’m missing something?

All it says is “could not connect, Please check your configuration “ Any ideas?
