The Oraimo Sound app on my iPhone is not connecting to the Freepods Pro or Freepods Lite. It keeps saying searching failed even after all the troubleshooting tips have been carried out. Kindly look into it.

When I try to connect the free pods pro to my iPhone through the app, it doesn’t find the free pods after clicking add device.

Really loved the app. The interface is easy to navigate Definitely recommending it to my friends

It’s so painful that the latest and so termed sophisticated oraimo free pod pro cannot connect to the app. Kindly do well to correct this bug

It doesn't find my freepods 3c whenever i try to pair it with this app despite my bluetooth is on and connected also to my freepods 3c. #Frustrating!!

Why does it disconnect and hard reconnect. After buying this expensive pod haabaaa!!!

To be honest I didn’t get to use the app because my oraimo riff didn’t make the list of supported devices. The app should work for all oraimo sound devices, please fix it.

I’ve followed all instructions, and even updated my app and still won’t connect.

MY ORIAMO FREEPODS LITE WEREN’T PAIRING WITH THE SOUND APP IN NOVEMBER. BUT NOW IT HAS BEEN FIXED AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY. STAR REVIEW CHANGED FROM A 1-STAR TO A 5-STAR. THANK YOU FOR FIXING THIS ISSUE ORIAMO.
