Have been using OrbitRemit for the past 3 years and it’s a lifesafer! Great app! It’s always reliable and fast and I can always count that my money is secure with using them.

Been using orbit remit for years now to transfer money back to the uk when I travel home from Australia. Never had an issue, always amazing conversion rates and so easy to use whilst in Australia or the UK to keep moving money when needed

I haven’t used this app for a while but my son needed some money so thought I’d try again, now they’re staying I have two accounts which is stupid because I only have one email address if your system lets people make multiple accounts with the same email that’s not my problem. Please cancel my transfer and just close my accounts I’m so mad I needed this to be quick and easy and you’ve made it super hard and complicated. I was able to verify my i’d successfully with my new login so I don’t get why you’re now blocked my transaction and still holding my money so I can’t send it on a different platform. This platform has become untrustworthy and scam like.

Easy to use and reliable. I’ve used Orbit Remit for regular payments overseas and also for one off payments - each time I receive regular updates on the payment process. The flat fee is reasonable and exchange rate good.

I have been unable to remove the rate alerts that I no longer require! As such I have had to disable notifications in my phone settings. The transfer process is simple and easy. Sadly OrbitRemit customer service has deteriorated substantially.

Great customer service & no extra fees. And satisfied with orbit remittance, for past 5years. Thank you.
