Can’t sign up - no SMS sends
Please allow email validation for slow SMS send service
Too much friction
Tried to order through web browser. Told you can only use promo codes via the app. Download the app and sign in with email. Try to order, told I need to validate my phone number through the app. Validate my phone number and then try to order again… told that delivery is only possible for orders over $30 - I just want my butter chicken! Add a naan, take my order to $32 and finally got my order placed. I could have driven to the restaurant in the time it took me to order.

Really tasty homemade food, decent portions and very reasonable prices. Must Try!!!!
absolutely horrible.
I ordered my meals and it was not confirmed after 20 minutes. I went to the store hoping it was ready but the staff told me that they didn’t have ‘Order Meal’ app. I called the support team to get my refund and the next day, the funds haven’t been put into my account but they’ve been DEDUCTED. I’ve called multiple times and the call staff are completely unprofessional, they interrupt, they’re rude, very horrible service. I probably won’t get my refund. Will never ever use this app again.
Loyalty point not being applied and poor communication from order meal
Pretty much summed up in the title. Lost over $10 because I clicked apply points but $ was deducted. Each time I’ve tried after still doesn’t work. I’ve emailed about 2 weeks ago about this and still no reply
Won’t verify my phone number at all
Trying and trying and trying to get it to verify my phone number so I can use the app to order a Mail been trying for about two hours no success
Super clunky app
I usually have to resort to phoning the restaurant because the app won’t accept payment on my Samsung phone

Ordered food and the restaurant did not have a clue. Staff said they did not receive any new order! Don’t waste your money and time to this useless app!
