They are not giving back the points as they advertise even through you are eligible for the promotion. This app is full of bugs and very slow to use and put our payment credentials at risk. I highly recommend the App Store to remove this app from their platform.

Every time it says the password blank or incorrect. Why. I was tried couple of times. Added everything (8+ characters, special character and numbers). Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I added my transaction code properly but it says it’s incorrect and then i made an other account with a different email but the problem still the same

We were told to enable sms for owner account. Did the same and but unable to get registered as advised. Called support more than 4 times. They checked everything and promised to get back on 48 hrs. Now it has been almost a month and nobody got back. I can imagine what kind of a hassle you may have to go through if you find a fraudulent transaction is made with account details in OrelPay.
