Great!!!

I love this app, but recently I’ve had to sign in each time and type out the password, my phone does not remember my log in. I’ve asked it to “remember me” and use my phone number and device name, but it doesn’t work. Not a huge deal, just a small annoyance.

App is trash. Logs me out and says my stuff is wrong. Done this about 10 times in 4 months. I wrote my username and password down when I made the account and still says it’s wrong. Have to restart the app two or three times for it to even come on

It would be nice if they hadn’t broke the copy paste security code feature.

So grateful ORNL finally has a user friendly app. When I used my card years ago it was always a challenge to pay. Loving the ease of this app. Thank you!

Terrible App…second account does not stay updated and I have to keep linking it to get the balance to update…as of 9/2/2024 I cannot even link it up as the app keeps coming back with a technical error…come on ORNL!!!! In this day and age it should not be this difficult to keep your banking app working correctly!

The app does exactly what I need it to do

Only criticism is I wish it would ask passcode (faceID) prior to showing balances
