Cannot login
When I try to login my number is not recognised by the system… Restore password is somehow working and registration also says that my number is registred. And still I cannot login using same number written in the same way.

Too much expensive no good packages and even when you recharge and make new order so that include in the previous order and for the next you have to buy again you previously remaining minutes and GBs gone waste of money

Useless and just the worst
It is impossible to login- the system messed up with phone numbers, emails, passwords. And the website as well. It is impossible to top up with bank card inside your account. It is impossible to change tariff. And when you do not have enough balance to continue your tariff option they simply set you to the expensive tariff and steal your money that left.

Ich hatte 10€ aufgeladen ich wollte gucken wie viel Guthaben ich habe .ich wollte 1155 anrufen und ausversehen habe ich 115 angerufen und die 10€ Guthaben sind weg !!!😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 man kann nicht mit 9€ machen …. Ich muss wieder aufladen
