The app seems to be easy to use at first, but once launched all required steps are not stated beforehand in order to have necessary documents prepared before hand. What has baffled me is that there is no option available to delete an account nor delete a payment method. I do not recommend it.
Useless Garbage
THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER OR TECH SUPPORT SUPPORT. The only way you can contact them is through feedback I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks to get verified even though I sent them my Lebanese ID and they keep sending me the same automated message to send it to them. This is on top of the fact that you have to pick individual classes to teach and not general subjects which takes forever with this glitchy lag crap. I have heard of NO ONE making money of this. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE!

This app is unique by offering this modern and new idea of linking tutors to students and it gives a good opportunity for the individuals looking forward to become tutors so they can develop their teaching capacities , CV and benefit the students with their knowledges. It seems that it’s an easy app in terms of use . Keep going, best of luck !
