App goes to website, doesn’t scan items. Used to work great! Still doesn’t work after over a month!

I love this card ! It is pretty much a healthy card. That’s really what it should have been called. It does not let you purchase any junk! Love it!!!

Top of the year I try to use the app, and normally It’ll send me to the store I purchase from. But for some reason when it sends me to the online store (CVS that is) it tells me a message: “Something went wrong on our end. Try refreshing your screen.” Now I’m already logged into the site, because I accessed it from the OTC app (it looks like an in-app browser), but that little message is the only thing preventing me from using my card like normal. I only purchase online, for convenience, but this makes things an inconvenience.

They reduced our benefits by 30 dollars every 3 months that’s 60 dollars for both of us. Why when prices are still high.

Very easy to use

Jan. 1 today, and of course the whole system has changed. Entered my new OTC number and then member number as prompted and it says it’s incorrect and won’t take it. They need to work out these bugs BEFORE implementing a new system.

This app makes it so easy to use and easy to check out your balance and transactions. Stay up to date with your usage and spending. And make sure that you are not being over charged. I just love it.
