Pire que de l’obsolescence programmée, les ampoules sont opérationnelles mais l’application n’est plus à jour et ne permet plus la communication avec celle ci… C’est beau la technologie…

Application ne fonctionne plus
Je confirme que cette application ne fonctionne plus depuis quelques mois. Elle ne démarre pas, tout simplement. Elle reste figée sur l’écran de chargement. Du coup elle ne sert plus à rien. J’ai contacté le support, je n’ai pas de retour…

Application fonctionne une fois sur trois et là je n’ai accès à rien, c’est vraiment très pénible
Absolument lamentable
Pour moi Otio était un gage de qualité. Le produit fini fonctionne plutôt bien, mais le soft (l’appli) qui les contrôle est absolument lamentable ! Une Porsche fonctionnant au charbon ! Aujourd’hui il ne fonctionne plus du tout restant bloqué, peu importe le téléphone utilisé. Je change de produit, plein le fût de ce matériel, et depuis le temps que ça dure je vois bien que rien ne changera.

(Je l’utilise avec une ampoule connectée) Toutes les fonctionnalités sont bien et fonctionnent bien mais souvent quand j’ouvre l’appli ça beug et je ne peux rien toucher ça ne fonctionne pas. Même si je redémarre mon téléphone ou l’appli ça reste en freeze, rien ne se passe. Si vous avez des solutions je suis preneuse.
Ne fonctionne plus
Application qui cesse de fonctionner, n’est pas maintenue et nous empêche d’utiliser nos appareils.. c’est la deuxième fois que la startup est racheté. C’est très pénible.
Appli ne fonctionne plus en fin 2024
L’application ne fonctionne plus depuis début décembre 2024 sur iPhone.. peut-être un problème de m mise à jour avec les dernières versions d’IOS ? J’ai contacté le service client et j’attend leur retour.. Depuis plusieurs années, c’était parfait pour le contrôle à distance des chauffages de ma résidence secondaire..

Bug constamment ! Jamais de MAJ, inutile 😤
Impossible à utiliser
On peux même plus cliquer, je ne peux plus contrôler ma lampe, l’application se décide à marcher après 1000 ouvertures et fermetures, la couleur ne reste pas la même après avoir éteint et rallumer la lampe.. bref Dommage parce que je suis obliger de mettre 1 étoile alors que je n’avais aucun soucis au début mais depuis quelque mois c’est impossible à utiliser et à recommander
