PLEASE DO NOT BUY. There are no videos on how to set this camera up. The app sent me a verification link and it shows up as invalid. The app loads but there’s no “next step” to setting up my camera. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Otis is a scam. They aren’t even a real thing. On the app you click on most things and they are all either deleted or nothing ever loads same as on the website. This is really a sprint home camera because I seen the sprint logo was covered. At least I payed like four bucks for this at a discount mall but still scam! There’s no videos anywhere about the Otis camera just straight scammers yall are!

Will not let you set up with no email reply to verify and no customer service to fix problem

Created an account but it won’t even send a verification email. When you try to sign in it says you can’t until you verify your email. Make it make sense please!

i bought 2 cameras and with both i make it all the way to "adding device to account" and it doesnt it just says unable to pair🤦🏾‍♀️

The camera goes out of focus constantly! Not worth the money.
