I heard about the app in the BBC world Hacks. Sadly, it did not work after I install it. Hope this is fixed soon. 3 stars for the app idea & concept.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided.
Subscriptions can only be managed by the user. Auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Subscription Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

No sound
For children with low vision, there should be sound on this app, saying and repeating the words and instructions.
Rip off stay away
I got this app for my granddaughter who has autism to try and I was never notified that I was going to get charged. The application can’t be used on more than one device. I only put it on my phone so she could try it and then I would put it on her iPad that we are getting for her as she rarely has access to my phone and there is no warning that it can only be used on 1 device even though she is the only one that would ever use it. No matter what device it is on. Ripoff!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
Can’t login.
I am a blind an autistic person that uses this app and I cannot log into Apple account because it will not let me login. When I try to login to my account, it says that my login has failed even though the information is correct. Tried to sign in through other names and it won’t let me and I’ll just load and won’t go in. When I tried to do forgot password to reset my password, it says it sent the email but it does not send the email at all. oh my house staff looked at it and let me know that it kept buffering and buffering and the stupid screen just kept loading and loading and when I would leave it would tell me to move onto the next step when I already tried doing that it won’t let me. Please help!

This was the only app that engaged my daughter on the spectrum is is non verbal so the app let me see her progress. Worth the money

I wish if it was billed monthly or at least giving a month trial to figure out if we like it. And where is the Autism Awareness Month discount?

SHADY Unauthorized charges!
I signed up for the more basic plan as I wasn’t sure my non-verbal would comprehend. She didn’t which is fine. The issue is I was charged for the most expensive plan and when I contacted customer support for a refund they told me to go through Google play or my bank. I didn’t have to do that when they were running an unauthorized charge I’ve over $100! I’m STILL waiting on my refund and my kid has never even got to use the app. Don’t give them your card information!
No sound in games
It seems interesting. However, as soon as I open one of the games, there is no sound. If I close the app, and restart it, the sound comes on… but as soon as selecting an activity, it’s gone.

I have a nonverbal 6 yr old with autism and he’s engaged in this app so much! I am also using it with me 3 yr old. The graphics are amazing. They love popping the balloons! I just wonder if more games get added or updated? Such as more puzzles to choose from? Thank you! This app has been so helpful!
