I preordered and paid the Gen 3 ring in 2021, Oura said they could not deliver to Russia. I suggested an alternative address in UK, Oura said it was not possible to change. I asked for refund Oura said they can not refund to the Russian card that was used for payment. I provided an alternative card for refund - no reply. It is a shame that people who develop such good products for the sake of humanity behave like scammers. I wonder if I ever get my ring when the sanctions are lifted😁

I’m really satisfied with my awesome ring! First, I’m not really comfortable in watches on my wrist, so I couldn’t sleep in my watches and hense I was losing all my sleep data. My ring first couldn’t be shipped to Russia in November 2021 for my birthday. But they wrote to me that they couldn’t get customs clearance on some tracker in the ring from the Russian authorities and hense no official shipping to Russia is possible (this is to answer some of the complaints I’ve read here). And the company refunded everything and very quickly upon my first request. It was their suggestion in my situation. Customser’s support is great - they answer any questions within 1 hour! And help with various inquiries! Then I ordered my ring to Italy when I moved here after the war - and it came to my birthday on November 13, 2023! A real present!

Pls Russian language

When I’m trying to renew my membership, the code just doesn’t come via sms. So I bought the ring and cannot use it - why would I spend money on that??? The support doesn’t work, there’s a bot asking me weird questions about my order, but I’m not interested in making an order!!! I need to renew my membership!!! Can someone finally get in touch with me???

Hello! Make it possible to add your own tags. Everyone's life is individual and tags should be shared and personalized. Yes, there are notes to tags, but they are not displayed in trends for the day, week, month. You have to go to a specific day to view a note, which is not acceptable for tracking patterns.
