Frame stopped connecting. Was great to be able to have my kids share photos on my wife’s frame. But after about two years the connection stopped working. Frame is connected to the internet, but “please connect to network” displays and there is no way to get it to connect to whatever network it’s not connected to. So no new photos. 😡.

No assistance in setup. No ability to connect a frame to the iPhone. Why this app is even available escapes me. I’m sure it may work somehow but the lack of a help function within the app says all I need to know.

Worked great for a while and suddenly won’t send pictures from phone to frame with no explanation.

Have had our frame & app for a few years. The app has been slightly finicky in the past, but usually works. Now… I’ve been trying to upload photos to the frame, using the app, for weeks now and it won’t work. The app shows that the photos were sent, but the frame never gets them. I’m about ready to get rid of the entire thing. WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Now I won’t let me login no matter how many times I reset the password, etc.

It first allowed the update of photos but now it just says successful update but no photos!

Won’t upload new photos. App says photo upload was successful but now new photos on frame. No resources for help.

Cannot uploads off the app anymore, only manually off a computer

This pisses me off. Purchased this frame last Christmas and after several attempts I still cannot new get pictures uploaded to the frame through this app. Now the frame is worthless if I can’t add pictures!! Do not purchase!
