Cancellation
I have been trying to cancel my subscription however after doing all they say to do it’s still with me? Please help me with this task. I have found someone and wish to cancel!!
Cannot block people upon registration
Edit: When I registered, I chose a 50km distance for matches. The app is trying to match me with people up to 500km away. Also, what’s with all the fake name? Is no one monitoring this? I registered in the app, but then noticed that I cannot block certain people from seeing my profile. Apps like Tinder and Bumble allow me to block people as I am registering. ie. I don’t want exes to see my profile. Will be deleting, which is too bad because I was told good things about this app.
Scammers
Took my money and photos and then locked me out. Was a member maybe 10 mins. Support messages emailed to support returned undeliverable. Don’t trust this site. Had to submit a refund from Apple 10 min after signing up!!
Bad experience
Pretty dismal experience. Your app says I need the new version but it isn’t available to me. I’m running 15.8.2 iOS which seems to be latest but your new version says I need 16.0 What gives.
Trying to get in here
I have been trying to connect with people from my area and this app does not accept my information to do so …..it’s a waste of time
GARBAGE! Waste of Money
How about when a customer is signing up, you disclose that there are only 20 people in their jurisdiction?! I viewed profiles for 2 days and there zero to view since (2 weeks) ZERO: they disappeared after day two. What a complete waste of money. ($53 CAD) The only notification that appears is to ask me to get off my wallet and BOOST exposure during “prime time” every day. With every notification my ire increased. Delete!!! Would be nice to get a rebate for my waste of time however I am certain you will take your money and run. What a farce. I reached out to two others and they have the same feedback!
No one in my area and suggestions are not in my age range.
I hate this app. It has very few members in my area. I tried to get a refund but “I messaged people” because they wrote to me, and this disqualifies me for a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$&&

I joined this site and shortly after creating an account it was blocked. I emailed them to find out why and they did not tell me, they simply said due to terms of service my account was terminated. Still waiting to know why it was terminated. Just get a different dating app, this one’s not good at all
