Poor user experience
I recommend sitting down with some customers and watching them use the app. It’s simply too complex and confusing. All I want to do is download a map and a route and go. Instead I have to worry about plugins, different map types, websites, apps. I have an account on the website now but my route doesn’t show up in the app. If you need an example of a good app try the Ordinance Survey app in the UK which is fantastic.
