I wouldn't bother with this sequel, they changed the game mechanics and took all the fun out of it. Highly recommend the original, go play that one instead!!

Best game on the AppStore. My only complaint, is I need more levels!!

i love outlanders 1, i’ve played it a lot and constantly. i was super excited to play outlanders 2 but i just feel like everything is slow paced and nothing is getting done. workers don’t show up, they only do 1 thing per day, and then you still have the challenge to get through. i love outlanders 1 because it’s fast paced and challenging.. this game feels like it was supposed to be the first one and somehow they backtracked development.

Good if you liked the original but I would what a couple months for more content

Really solid game. There are so many more challenges and the devs are even adding more over time. If you liked the first one, this is a no brainer for you.

While I appreciate this game, it does have several notable drawbacks. Notably, it significantly drains the battery of my brand new iPhone 16 Pro, consuming approximately 30% of its power per hour. This makes it impractical for extended gaming sessions. Furthermore, as the towns in the game grow larger, performance deteriorates substantially, with occasional freezing and lagging. Additionally, the controls become unresponsive, locking to a zoomed-in or zoomed-out state, requiring a temporary switch to a different app before resuming control. These issues occur on my iPad Pro, iPhone 16 Pro and MacBook M2 Pro. All of these devices are MORE than capable of running much more complex games and do so without problems, so the problem must lie with this game. Furthermore, on my iPhone, the temperature rises during gameplay, suggesting inadequate optimization. Despite its potential, these issues warrant a rating of only one star.

This is a solid sequel to the original. There’s got to be something that can be done about the battery drain though. iOS 18.2 on the pro version of the newest iPhone, but this game kills battery.

Game is a great game but it seems like they took away a lot of the things I liked in the first one and added more annoying features. Would be cooler to be able to have a population at 300, and more food options. I don’t like the roadworks add in this or how the food is, you also don’t have decrees which is harder

Been playing this on a 2nd gen iPhone SE and while it is very entertaining, the game keeps lagging and crashing on any maps with more than around 60 people. Sandbox mode is useless because of this. Needs either a patch or some kind of graphical settings.
