The function to delete an account is broken, just a blank screen pops up.
After just a short period of time they is no more bennefit of using bonnet. Bye bye.
Bonnet tried to get as many costumers (by offering nice price @Ionity) and then, 1 month later, they made an 100% price increase. Goodbye Bonnet!
Tricked people to sign up with ok deal. But now they have raised their price so much that there no meaning using them. So just stay away from Bonnet
Needed to charge in order to reach my destination. Found one charger close by, but that was most likely inside the closed house (not found), so I set direction to next charger. That charger was surrounded by a locked fence and I couldn’t wait 36 hours for the shop to open. Unless the chargers are available, this app sucks.
In the “Sign up” screen, the privacy policy link goes to the terms of conditions page. I would expect it to go to your privacy policy. Until this is fixed I don’t want to sign up.
The pricing this app offers makes so much more sense than what IONITY offer themselves. Charging has worked great so far for me. The reason I can’t give 5 stars (at least not yet) is that I wanna see more chargers added from other operators.
I notice that the app doesn’t show PodPoint chargers even as non-ovo? I mainly use ESB and PodPoint in Birmingham. Please advise, thank you.
Put in my country and when it sends a code comes up incorrect even though it's correct ???
Disappointed with OVO App’s Ongoing Issues I’ve been using the OVO app for a while now, but the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Every time I try to charge using the app, it crashes. This issue has been ongoing for quite some time, yet there seems to be no resolution in sight. Despite this, I’m still being charged £8 a month for a subscription I can’t even use properly. To make matters worse, I was told by another user that it’s best to order the physical card because this glitch has been a long-standing problem that hasn’t been addressed. Why are customers being charged for a service that doesn’t work? OVO, please fix this glitch as soon as possible and stop charging us for an app we can’t use. Loyal customers deserve better than this.
