The quality of the cloth material is not good, and the stitching is poorly executed. Additionally, there is no review box available in the app itself to express these concerns.

I have sale lots of products from oyela and they haven’t provided my products money, even they haven’t send my couriers charges , which products I have send through speed post. I have messages oyela customer service on Watapp and Instagram but they are not responding .

they should be sued for what they eat done to their clients. Every single user has to say something bad about their services just because they’ve done a Huge Fraud. We all sellers should cone together and sue the Company & their owners for spoiling the Online market. Shame on the whole team of Oyela & Frontway!!!! All the curses for this company .

Their sizes are completely wrong, and once it’s delivered, there is no option for exchange, nor do they pickup the returned items. It seems like a scam.

This pathetic app eats money from both buyers and sellers. Customer support, to top that off, is insanely annoying and would never commit to a postive resolution for buyers
