I've registered here in 2022 using my passport and real name. Used it for almost a year for online purchases and during my trips to Turkey from time to time, but then they blocked all the cards and restricted any ability to refund the money. And not only for me - for all people from my country. I had about 3000 tl on my account, and they added a new "inactivity fee" which is 1500tl per month. All the physical cards I had are not working in Turkey (atms, shops, etc.), so they really have stolen money of thousands of foreign people who used their service.

I have been using Ozan for several years. Suddenly it started asking me to go through re-verification. After passing, nothing happens. Your account does not work. It is impossible to withdraw money, it is impossible to pay. Technical support simply does not respond for several months. These are scammers, this should not be in the AppStore.

I registered, sent all the documents for account verification, even threw money into my wallet. It's been more than 2 weeks and no one has verified the account. I wrote to the support service, only a robot answered.
