Worst application
Very bad app . Worst experience
App was crashing
I like this App, unfortunately from last few days I was unable to book the water can. Whenever I tried to book the time slot it was crashing, and also same happening in referral page. Have a look, it’s helps you to give better experience to the costumers.
Worst looters
Worst service by providing dirty cans with dust and full of mud . No response even after escalating multiple times as the drinking water providing in dirty cans.

Worst customer service
They are best at providing worst customer service. Because of their slow banking once my payments went multiple times and they do not refund money at all !!!
Good Service
Good service with multiple brand water cans to deliver direct to home & also water bottles used for functions at home which is very handy to get delivered. And also earning points for purchasing cans & redeem the same is good option to use. Overall good service & delivery.
Charged double on one order customer care non-functional
Charged me double on water order and then tried reaching out to the customer care with no response. Hopeless
App not working
Tried to order water can but the screen getting frozen each time on map screen. Also the support number seems to have no incoming call facilities.
