PACIFIC BLUE cross app isn’t the problem. The problem is their manual review process where they hold onto your money for 4 months because they claim they don’t have enough staff to put through claims. How about fix this and process your claims in a timely manner.
What can you say about an app that looks after your Blue Cross except this is a good one. Very easy to use. Easy to understand. Very happy with it.
Easy to use, fast, efficient!
Since last month, my claims got rejected. It kept telling me to attach a doctor’s note, which I did. Today, I talked to an employee over the phone and found out that they didn’t have the photos I attached in the form. I think there might be a technical issue with the app. Please have a look and fix it. Thanks.
So frustrating. Had the same provider for massage for 4 years and only Now they added the provider to the list. And I’m going to try a new provider which is a huge hassle to put into the claim form.
Almost every time I open this app, it is undergoing another update. Normally that wouldn’t be problematic, however, it tends to delete my login information. A task that should take 10 seconds now takes 5 to 10 minutes between the update and grabbing my login details. Surely there must be some code that can be added that doesn’t reset the login information.
I had to try three times and repeat the information all three times . Plus I had to add my provider who was there originally and then download the invoice for acupuncture . This was a first ! And now will probably have to wait as I think identical information sent into submit. Aaahhhh !
Horrible in the sense that I am almost always having issues logging in and it freezes and shows double pacific blue cross. Have to delete and redownload constantly :(
The process went well until I couldn’t get “Accept” to be highlighted on the Consent window. Luckily didn’t need to redo the 2 claims, just went back 2 pages & then forward again & it finally worked.
