Slow and not user friendly
I wasn’t looking for miracles when I chose this app, but the claims are far more favourable than reality. The app limits your tracking to what it chooses as your shipping company. You often have some alternative options to choose from, but if it’s not an option, you just don’t get to track that package. If you’re not seeing the option because of a typo, you can’t fix it, you have to start that entry all over. If you are able to see the shipping company desired and get to complete the entry, it can take over a minute to get a response, and it’s usually an error message. Being proactive and responsive to the error message will be punished as you can’t edit anything; so if you jump in here, you’re only choice is to delete the entry and start over, only to repeat the frustration. Best thing to do is ignore the notification as it will keep updating, albeit at a snail’s pace. Once you get the delivery, there’s no front facing option to delete the delivery, you can either archive and constantly increase your app’s cache, or move off the landing page and manually delete the entries several steps later. And don’t bother asking for new delivery providers or features to get added- customer service is non-existent. The only reason I continue using this app is because I won’t pay for an app that’s going to trace and record every available stat on my phone, at least this one is free.
