Nikto neodpovedá na telefón, roboty odpovedajú na poštu, ktoré nepomáhajú s riešením problému, stratil som 70€! No one answers calls, emails are answered by bots that do not help with the solution of the problem lost 70€!

Приложение работает, но я не могу никак иначе высказать своё недовольство качеством сервиса, кроме как написать отзыв на приложение!! Дозвониться не получается т.к. стоит заслон в виде голосового ассистента, поддержка в чате не отвечает (в рабочее время естественно), ждал 3 часа ответа, так и не дождался. Посылка три дня не меняет свой статус (будние дни, между прочим). Ни с кем связаться и узнать, что случилось я не могу((((

I dropped a package for delivery and its been 3 weeks and the package is still where i dropped it .i won’t work with them anymore

I mainly pick up boxes with this app, but it works great. My packages are automatically loaded and I get updates relatively quickly. It beeps on the box when you choose to pick up using the app, signaling that you’re connected.

Nieco neskutocne. Preto aby som si vyzdvihol objedany tovar si musim nainstalovat apku? Nerozumiem ale ok. Problem je v tom po instalacii genialnej apky 🤦 stravim niekolko hodin skusania urobit platbu spolu genialnou pomocou od “ Petra” ktory nicomu nerozumie. Uz len kvoli tejto sluzbe si nikdy neobjednam od dodavatela co pouziva tuto firmu “ Packeta” a radsej zaplatim za tovar o 50% viac inde. Mali by ste si pozriet ako to robia ine firmy napr. “ Alza “ a ich “ Boxy” a nekomplikujte ludim zivot. Jedine co mozem povedat na vasu firmu a tuto apku je 🤮🤮🤮

Absolutely unnecessary enforcement of using the app in this case scenario. Alza is much better, just put a code from an sms or email. On top of that I was not able to pick up my package because for some reason I’m not getting an sms with the code for authorization in the app. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I have a return package and there is no way to select this option. The parcel station has no touchscreen interface. Terrible user experience

The app requires access to your location just to open the freaking Z-Box. It’s super unnecessary - until now it was working working without it just fine. Also, if you need to switch between two different phone numbers, it will start sending you notifications for both and you can’t change that setting.
