Unfortunately, I've been experiencing some unprofessional behavior from the team. One of the main issues I encountered is that I constantly have to follow up with them regarding order updates. It's quite frustrating as they rarely get back to me without me having to check in first. Previously, I had a dedicated account manager as my single point of contact, but now, I receive messages from different numbers!

The worst customer service ever in all aspects. The lady used to hit me every day to sign with them, once signed she never answers my messages and inquiries, they’re so good at reading messages and don’t get back. Logistics team are below zero interns of getting the job done or answer customers, they ignore messages. Customers orders are getting updated after a week of the order. Plus I’m paying a lot to market my website with nothing from their side. I 100% don’t recommend them. Can’t wait for the agreement expiry.
