apps cannot open

Bought from padini app Rm200++ Padini sent me wrong parcel with other order, later then collect back what they sent without send me back my order. Is already 3mths . At begin still reply, can’t get back my parcel so aft that no reply. Useless customer service . And you only can email or call to customer service . No others way to complaint .

Try searching for a product using the app. Nothing come out. Very bad system.

Cant make payment and kept on saying server error

Not even once I was able to use the app because it is extremely slow. The QR code doesn’t even appear at all. I always have to use the physical card but I cannot redeem any point because that has to be done via the app.

Some of the items I’ve added to the carts are missing. Terribly disappointing with the new updates!

Snail’s wayyyyy faster. It gets slower, both apps & website. Rubbish app, useless app developer. Come on PDI, do better!

i can’t open my app. it’s keep loading. and then it keeps turn to main menu of my phone by itself. please fix this problem
