* View your on-call timeline and team schedules, and book overrides for yourself or your teammates
* Access a contact list of all users in your account and their contact information
* Create new incidents directly from the mobile app
* Loop in responders for additional help
* Execute custom actions (like restarting servers, running diagnostics, etc.) on incidents
NOTE: A PagerDuty user account is required to use this application. Some features’ availability depends on your PagerDuty plan.

Great app but can’t bypass “bedtime” feature
I’ve been using this app for a long time and I love it but now (don’t know since when) the iPhone’s Bedtime feature is blocking calls, texts and notifications. I’ll keep looking for a solution, but for now try not to use the feature or you may miss important alerts

Pretty cool now that widgets are available
App isn’t bad, but the widget?
App isn’t bad, but the widget? What is the point of the widget if it just sits there blank for weeks until your schedule is active. To either show when our next schedule is due to start or to show active pages or something …. Anything would be better than just telling me what I know that I am not on-call that day or that I am, both of which are common sense …

Pagerduty is great, UI is not
Pgerduty has been one of my favorite tools to use for over 5 years. The tech is amazing. You UI and UX is not simple, intuitive or informative. If you can fix the UI, pagerduty would be so much more useable. Doesn’t appear to have changed much over the past 5 years
