not good working my iphone 6

After logging in the app it is keep on playing stating update the newer version but on Iphone app store the newer version update is not available. Please resolve the issue thanks.

Tonight it has started working thanks to all concerned departments and officers A big hand of Applause Pakistan zindabad

This is the worst app I have ever used .Don’t waste your time using this app. It doesn’t work. When you try to lodge any complain it automatically shuts the app off.

How the hell this app work? Its keep on crashing everytime i try to submit my complaint. Is the government serious in listening our issues or its just staged?

App is not allowing usage at all When I try to open app it says update your profile but then it just crashes

App keeps on crashing and even though my profile is up to date but it keep on asking to update my profile and when i click on update, it just crashes for no obvious reason.

I had been unable to access the portal for about an year in spite of various requests. Recently I got a new password but for another person’s account. My details have been added but my records of complaints is absent. The record of the complaints etc belongs to other person. This is a breach of privacy and careless handling of issues by your staff. Please rectify the situation asap.

When i try to open the app, it says update profile. When i try to click on Update profile then it crashes. I don’t know when you guys will be able to fix the issues.
