Usually the app is ok to use- but lately every time I scroll my cart, it glitches & I have to refresh the whole app every 2 minutes to review my items before placing my order. Super hard on the eyes- app might need bug fixes or improvements please.

I'm using the App to do Click and Collect. This is a time saver and very easy to use.

Have given up using this app and service. Would not recommend unless you’re the only person in your household using it. My partner and I both use the app at the same time on 2 or more devices. The idea is that we can both edit the shopping list throughout the week before we then place the order. The app doesn’t like this and locks me out every single time for security reasons. I get where you’re coming from, but other apps I’ve used don’t seem to have this issue. To be able to simultaneously use the app is important. I don’t want to have to check every time I try to use the app, if my partner has logged out. Or having to call every time I get locked out. At the moment the app is achieving the opposite of what I imagine the service is based on, wasting my time.

Great shopping app that is basically a clone of the New World app but it should also include the option to view your scan and go QR code so you don’t have to carry a physical card. They’ve done this for the New World rewards card so why not here too?

I use this app on my phone, no trouble. On an iPad however, it is just a bigger version of the iPhone version so it is a tiny thing and has not been adapted for iPad use. Pretty stink.

As I remove things from my cart, the order of the sections changes. What used to be fruit, canned goods, hot drinks is now ice cream, hot drinks, pasta. This is completely discombobulating. I can’t imagine why this is done or accepted as an ok feature. Also, when I open my cart, the edit button is at the bottom. It should be at the top. I need to scroll all the way through the list to get to the button. I’m deleting the app as it’s nightmare to use.

Be great if I could actually use the app. Simply attempting to sign in gets me locked out for supposed security reasons.

Much easier to add things to my order on the go when I’ve forgotten something. It would be great to add an in-app notification feature for when your order is ready or when something in you cart/order has gone out of stock. That way we’d have time to add something else instead.

I use the app as a shopping list to add things to during the week. But if an item is subsequently out of stock it removes it from my basket before I can proceed and do anything else on the app. Then I end up forgetting items, and also you don’t even see how many of that item you had on your list. Would be great if it worked like Coubtdown where it just moves the item to the top of the basket and says out of stock. Chances are by the time I go in to the shop or place an online order it’s back in stock.
