Buggy with my iPhone 14promax. Countdown keeps on repeating.

I normally renew my pawned jewelries sa mismong branch with 3 days grace period palagi, sinsakto ko yung pagbabayad, if tumapat ng sunday or holiday, na momove yung pinka duedate the next day, last month lang ako nagstart gumamit ng palawan pay para magrenew dto, para iwas hassle narin dahil laging mahaba ang pila at the same time madami yung sangla ko sakanila, ngayon ginawa ko lang kung ano yung normal na pagbabayad ko, maturity date + 3 days grace period, pero nagulat ako meron ng interence at advace renewal fee so yung dapat na babayaran ko ay 2k plus lang umabot sa 7k lahat, para akong nanakawan ng almost 5k, walang matinong makausap sa mga customer service nyo, kulang kulang din ang information, gusto ko iescalate ito para maayos at never na ako magtutubo dto, magtyatyaga nalang ako sa store nyo kahit matagal. pero kung walang mangyayari dto ililipat ko nalang sa ibang pawnshop yung sangla ko.

Verification failed, two times. No comment kung bakit failed. Delete app nlang, fully verified nman na sa gcash and maya. Ps: ID used for verification: DL

0/100 You can’t register your account easily it will take a lifetimeeeeee. There customer service will put you on hold and end your call. They can’t help you with any concerns .

Can’t log in using iphone7 it’s always loading

The verification of I.D’s are took a long time to process up until now it’s still processing. I might delete the app later. I was hoping that this app would work, but I guess it doesn’t.

Why is the Face ID removed every time there’s an update? Its different from other app that uses face id, i always reset my password every updates./ For the latest update it requires again to upload ID even if i did that before already.Naging useless na talaga. uninstall nlng. daming arte.

Thought this app would make everything easier. The cons with this app is that you cannot use it anymore once you lost your simcard. You have to provide notarized affidavit of loss which is also hassle and expensive; you still have to go to nearest pawnshop to process everything than to have the app. I understand that its for everyones privacy but still, If the client is willing to provide an ID and selfie, why still require more? instead of providing easy-transaction and hassle-free app.

Please check the last system update you had on all iOS devices because it’s been couple of days now that I cant logon to the app and cant even reach the sign on page or landing page. It just kept saying we ste getting the app ready like forever.
