Palette - Color Analysis

After having to pay to actually be able to do anything, the app crashes anytime I’ve tried to actually load a photo and get a colour analysis.

You have to pay to do anything except put your photo into the app. Before you get your colour analysis you have to pay the premium price.

The app frequently encounters errors and provides inconsistent results with each upload. It’s not worth the cost.

I want my money back. What a ripoff.

I saw this app on TikTok and ended up paying $7.99 to see my results. After trying numerous portraits I ultimately decided the app is a scam, as every single time it says “unexpected error.” Multiple attempts, and I never saw any results with no option for a refund. Save your money. DO NOT pay for this app!

I wouldn’t download this unless you want to pay for this app. I got in just fine but you have to pay to even get the first analysis

why do we have to pay to use the app? maybe after 5 tests would be fine but if u want to make it like that just make it cost money to buy the app

I paid and now it only says unexpected error and won’t work. Waste of money it’s so disappointing!

It doesn’t even let me see my results because it says “get premium”

I would rather you just tell me the app costs money upfront instead of waiting until I put my photo in
